Treat you and your family or housemates to a delicious cheese + wine tasting in your garden or at home. We source delicious natural wines and local cheeses which are matched (with tasting notes if you want to be really fancy!) for your ultimate cheese & wine night.

Natural Wine is farmed organically (biodynamically) and made without adding or removing anything in the cellar. No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. As such neither fining nor (tight) filtration are used. The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology.

Domaine de la Roche Honneur Chinon // £17 // 750ml (France)

Domaine de La Roche Honneur Chinon Cuvée de Paques – This organic unoaked Chinon is a characterful and very tasty wine with the lovely herby edge and freshness of good Cabernet Franc. Mid weight, silky smooth, chalky tannins and full of lovely wild berry and damson fruit with a savoury finish.

Circumstance Merlot Waterkloof Estate // £18 // 750ml (South Africa)

A biodynamic Merlot in a St Emillion style, Grown up, full bodied, bursting with rich dark fruit, notes of chocolate, cassis, plum compote. Food friendly with real elegance and balance.

Pierre-Henri Gadais, Melon Blanc Vendange Nocturne // £13 // 750ml (France)

Made with Melon de Bourgogne (Melon Blanc) grapes from a fully organic plot on schist soils. Harvested at night for freshness with cool maceration on their skins for 12 hours. Natural fermentation with no lees ageing unlike most Muscadet Sevre wines. This wine is deliciously clean and crisp.

Ca N’Estruc Xarel-lo // £15 // 750ml (Spain)

Aromas of citrus and baked apple are backed by flinty notes. Orchard and stone fruit characters meet fresh, crisp acidity. The wine is made using the classic Cava grape so is textural and broad, with nutty, savoury notes combining with ripe fruit, gentle fennel and herbaceous notes. The finish is complex with saline minerality.

Salchetto Obvius Bianco // £18 // 750ml (Italy)

This innovative wine from Vermentino is willing to explore new fields of taste and shows the benefit of natural wine. The 2019 vintage is fresh, moreish and intense, due to a pretty classic climate, able though to push the fruit until a good maturation.

Canned wines

Grüner 2020

Mouth-watering white wine full of peach and green apple layered over pepper spice. This Grüner is ripened on the fertile soils of Niederösterreich in north-east Austria. It’s a juicy white wine and a fantastic introduction to just how good Grüner Veltliner can be.

Canned for freshness, the 2020 vintage is best served lightly chilled from the can. Refreshing simply to sip or try the wine alongside chicken salad and other summery dishes.

Viognier 2019

Moreish white wine brimming with sun-kissed peaches, flowering jasmine and whipped butter.

This Viognier is a mix of jasmine and geranium floral hues on the nose over ripe, juicy peach aromas. The palate is soft, full-bodied and bursting with ripe, baked peach, buttery puff pastry, and a bite of juicy red apple-like acidity. The 2019 vintage is best served lightly chilled paired with grilled seafood from the BBQ, roast turkey, chicken katsu or pizza topped with buffalo mozzarella. It’s also a delicious wine with Iberian cheese and cold cuts.

Grenache Rosé 2020

A crisp, dry rosé from the Pays d’Oc

This Grenache Rosé delightful pink wine with soft aromas of clementine wild strawberries and butterscotch. Fresh puckering grapefruit acidity, warm pepper spice and juicy orange citrus.

The 2020 vintage is best served lightly chilled from the can and enjoyed with friends, or try pairing it with picnic foods like sausage rolls, goat’s cheese or prosciutto ham.

St Laurent 2018

A celebration of ripe red fruits from Austria’s rolling hills.

This St Laurent is from the Austrian family estate Weingut Glatzer in Carnuntum, south-east of Vienna. Made from the indigenous grape St Laurent, this can is packed full of plums and mulberries over peppercorn spice and rustic tannins.

The 2018 vintage has softened nicely and makes for a refreshing aperitif. Chill down and serve with a platter of your favourite cheese and cured meats, or pair with pan-fried duck, herb-roasted chicken, or salmon.

Old Vine Garnacha 2019

A beautifully balanced Garnacha from selected old vines in Aragon, Spain

This Old Vine Garnacha is made from grapes picked from old vines at altitude in the Aragon region of Spain. Gently pressed, the juice is then matured for twelve months and developed into a wine that is truly special.

Aromas of chocolate-coated cherries and cassis with some vanilla spice lead you into a warming palate with a good tang of racy acidity. Fruit is all black cherry and bright strawberry. Tannins are smooth with a lovely touch of cherry stone almond on the finish. Grippy dark cocoa rounds it all out.
