Yes, we will do our best to accommodate all dietary allergies and restrictions. Please contact us at info@poke-food.com to let us know what your restrictions are. All dietary information is provided on each menu and meal.

This breakdown of information is on the dish description and is updated each week.

We only use higher welfare animal products.

There's two ways. Order directly from this week's menu, or by nutrition or training type. Either way, you can choose your delivery day (Monday to Friday), but please note for delivery the next day please order before 11am the day before.

Please add any special instructions to the "Do you have any dietary requirements?" or "Any delivery notes?" fields in the order form.

If we are delivering to you during a lockdown, then we will knock at the door and leave the bag for you to bring inside your home. If we are delivering to your place of work, then please write any special instructions for us on your order page. If the country is not in lockdown, then deliveries to your gym, workplace and home are all to continue as normal.

Currently we deliver within an 18 mile radius of Porthleven.

We believe that when you know what you are eating is good for you, you can enjoy it more. You can order based on your macro requirements, get a personalised meal and nutrition plan or simply order what you want to eat, whilst knowing that its good for you!

Whilst keeping our prices low, we have introduced delivery charges for some distances, depending on the value of your order. This will be calculated at checkout, but to give you a rough idea - here is how it looks…. All distances are calculated from Poke HQ in Porthleven and we will travel up to 18 miles in any direction on land (!) to get your order to you: 0-2 miles free of charge 2-5 miles £3 5-8 miles - £5 8-10 miles - £6 10-12 £8 12-18 £10 Delivery to partnered gyms £2 flat fee Delivery is free for orders over £25

Sadly not. We are a small business and our prices are intentionally low. We want to make healthy food affordable so that people can eat this way as a conscious choice. All of the ingredients are listed in each dish, so if there is something you know you do not like - then just add a note to your order and we will leave it out.

That is such a cool idea and YES! Just order as usual and add your recipients delivery address and any note you wish us to add (keep it clean though)!

We do not include these unless you request them purely to reduce waste.

Our payment processing is handled securley with Stripe. Card numbers are encrypted. Stripe is a top level PCI Service Provider. More info here. The details you provide when ordering are stored on our secure server and only used for delivery purposes, nothing more.
